Cheese Puffs

Note: These recipes use NZ measurements. 1 c = 1 cup = 250 ml. 1 T = 1 tablespoon = 15 ml. 1 D = 2 teaspoons. 1 t = 1 teaspoon = 5ml. If you're in America, you may find you need a little extra baking powder in recipes that use it.

3/4 c flour
2 rounded t baking powder
pinch salt
1 c grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
3T milk

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add cheese, beaten egg and milk.
Grease a tray or muffin tin. Divided mix into about 12 blobs and cook for 5-10 minutes at 215C.

This recipe has been filed in the wrong category - it is more like a cross between a muffin and a scone.
